ELIZABETH, NJ - People from all over will be coming to Elizabeth this week for one of the city’s most famous festivals of the year, “festa di san Vito”.
The 11th Annual festa di san Vito / Peterstown Cultural Festival will be held from July 26 through July 29 in the Peterstown section of Elizabeth right in the heart of the neighborhood. The event will feature a weekend of live entertainment, food vendors, novelty vendors, rides for children and more!
The family-oriented festival with an emphasis on culture starts this Thursday evening and will run from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. every day through Saturday. Sunday it will run from 5:30 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. A super fifty/fifty is set for Sunday at 8:30 p.m.
All types of food vendors; from Zeppole, sausage and peppers, oriental bbq, clams on half shell, brick oven pizza, corn on the cob, fresh mango and watermelon, and much more. You can also check out all of the games of chance and rides for the children.
