Elizabeth, NJ, January 9, 2016 – The 22nd Annual Basketball Classic “Hoops to End Homelessness” continues its tradition to support local high school basketball while raising funds and awareness for the homeless in the greater Elizabeth community.  The Basketball Classic tips off on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at the Dunn Sports Center of Elizabeth High School, 600 Pearl Street in Elizabeth at 3:30 p.m.

This year, the basketball classic will open with the ladies of Roselle Catholic against Cranford High School in an exciting Girls Basketball game.  Then the boys take over with a nail biter between Elizabeth High School and Linden High School and St. Mary of the Assumption against Union Catholic.  A well-stocked concession stand, raffles and door prizes as well as local entertainment make this a fun family event!
