A Day of “Giving Back” an Annual Event by Local Dentist and Staff

ROSELLE PARK, NJ - “I told my wife when I left this morning that I thought it was going to be a long day,” said Dr. Jamie Oshidar. What the Dr. and his staff didn’t expect was the largest turn out ever!

Roselle Park Dental hosted their annual “Day of Giving Back” and not just to Roselle Park residents, but surrounding communities as well. Oshidar and his staff, volunteered their time and gave away a day of free dental services on Friday to anyone who walked through their door. 

Services included teeth cleaning, filling cavities, extractions and more. If it could be done in one day, it was done in their state of the art facility, that hosts 10 treatment rooms, all equipped with TV’s for patients relaxation.

Roselle Park Mayor Carl Hokanson dropped in to support the event along with Dr. Oshidar, talked to TAPinto Roselle Park about the event in the video below. 

 
 

The event that started at 10 a.m. had all 10 rooms filled by 11 a.m. “And it just keeps getting bigger every year,” Oshidar said, as he went off to help yet another patient.
