A Taste of Jazz and Beer  - Climax Brewing Company Presents Thos Shipley

ROSELLE PARK, NJ - What do you get when you mix a passion for Jazz and a passion for beer? Thos Shipley at Dave Hoffman’s Climax Brewing Co.

Shipley will be appearing at Climax on Friday July 16, 2015 during their Friday Night Taste and Tour event between the hours of 5:30pm and 8:30pm.

Shipley’s solo performance that evening will also help benefit the Roselle Park 24/7, a program of Roselle 24/7 a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with  their Neighbors Helping Neighbors,  “Scan Me” dog home retrieval program.  Donations are welcomed.

Climax Microbrewery is New Jersey’s Oldest Micro Brewery now celebrating 19 years in business.  Dave Hoffman and his father Kurt’s dream of a brewery has turned into a renowned acclaimed microbrewery-producing award winning ales.

Tours and Tastings at Climax are $10 per person, which comes with six, 4-ounce samples of beer.

Thos Shipley, an international Jazz artist has sung around the world and on Broadway in Miss Saigon, but his appearance at Climax Brewing Co. is extra special.

“Climax Brewing Co. is a gem of a business in my hometown of Roselle Park,”  said Shipley. “I’ve enjoyed many of their tasting events, but listening to Dave share his incredible knowledge and passion for the art of making beer, here is a man who loves his work and it shows in the beer he makes.”

Attendees will enjoy the raw feel of an actual working microbrewery, have a taste the brews of the day, and relax with friends to the smooth sounds of Thos Shipley.
