ROSELLE, NJ - Abraham Clark High School hosted an ethics panel discussion between students and community leaders on Wednesday morning. Discussed were current topic questions such as:
Question: A female shares a nude photo with her boy friend and he in turn shares it with his friends. It ends up on social media. Who is at fault? The Girl? The Guy? His Friends? The social media page?
One one side of the room was the panel consisting of seven A.C.H.S. seniors. The other side of the room were members of the Roselle/Roselle Park Rotary Club. Each gave their opinions in a back and fourth discussion, that at times included some audience participation.
Other questions went deeper into a discussion over steroid use, the media, blogs and real news sources and which to believe.
“I want to thank the Roselle/Roselle Park Rotary Club for giving our students this platform to articulate themselves, to really display their hidden talents, said principal Rashon Mickens.“
