ROSELLE PARK, NJ – The Arthur L. Johnson varsity boys soccer team hit the road on Wednesday afternoon, travelling to Roselle Park for an afternoon game. They came away victorious with a final score of 4-2.
The Crusaders led 2-0 at the half. Roselle Park battled back to put two on the board during the second half.
Konrad Kosiek scored 2 for the Crusaders. Liam Deacy and Greg Zukowski had one apiece. Goalie Zach Sandler is credited with three saves.
Matt Rojas and Francesco Veloso scored the RP goals, while David Diaz picked up the assist. In goal for Roselle Park, Max Moya saved seven.
Johnson travels to New Providence on Oct. 29 for a 5:30 p.m. game. Roselle Park will travel to Oratory in Summit for a 4 p.m. game on Oct. 22.
