ROSELLE, NJ – Do you know what’s happening this week at the Roselle Library? There’s a lot to check out and its not just books, so check out this list of events for the week of February 11, through February 16.

Monday, February 11th-Adelante Alliance: Ana Rodriguez with Secondary 10am-Noon. (Adult Education Program)  This is a bilingual adult education program dealing with secondary education.

iheart 3:30-4:30 p.m. (Youth Arts and Crafts Program) Youth will create heart crafts while listening to iheart radio.

IABEX Writers Café 6:30-7:30 p.m. (Writing Program) The Independent Authors Book Expo offers a writing workshop at the library.

Tuesday, February 12th-Library Closed in Honor of Lincoln's Birthday

Wednesday, February 13th-Homemade Paint 3:30-4:30 p.m. (S.T.E.A.M. Club for Youth)

As part of the Science/Technology/Engineering/Arts/Math club, participants will learn to make a homemade paint set and then create their own masterpieces with it.

Family Fun Night 5:30-6:30 p.m. (Family Program)  Come and enjoy the library as a family-stories, crafts, and games are part of the fun!

Thursday, February 14th-Adelante Alliance-Karla Quinonez -Ruggiero GED Program 10am-Noon (Adult Education Program) This offers bilingual education for people seeking their GED degrees.

Adelante Alliance-Chris Campos Math 10am-Noon (Adult Education Program) This is a bilingual math program.

Toddler Storytime 11am-11:30 a.m. (Caregiver and Toddler Program) A reading and coloring program for toddlers and their caregivers to introduce them to the library-done as part of the Roselle Public Library’s 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten Program (a partnership with the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders and The Friends of The Roselle Public Library).

Adelante Alliance-Secondary/Elementary Classes Noon-2pm (Adult Education Program) This program offers bilingual secondary education.

Chess and Checkers Club 3:30-4:30 p.m. (Youth Program) Enjoy games of strategy at the library.

Friday, February 15th-Lego Program 3:30-4:30 p.m. (Youth Program) Let your imagination run wild and create with Legos.

Saturday, February 16th-Leap Into Science 11am-Noon This program focuses on balance and is part of the library’s STEAM programming.
