ROSELLE, NJ - The Walter Wimbush Scholarship Program has grown to five years strong, and as the program continues to build they continue to give back to the Roselle community in many ways including their annual Bicycle Giveaway.

Once again this year the program was able to present four students, two boys and two girls from the Dr. Charles C. Polk elementary school were presented with bicycles.

“We put all of the names of this year's honor roll students into a hat a drew names,” says Walter Wimbush. “I would like to say thank you to Principal Andreea Harry and her staff."

Last year the program gave out bikes to students at Washington Elementary School.

According to Wimbush, the program has many supporters who donate annually, to help the vision and to keep moving forward.

Wimbush added, “It is better to give than to receive and we are helping to build a stronger Roselle community.”
