There are several YouTube videos and other sites on various social media that feature Komar's music; he formerly lived in Freehold and North Brunswick.

According to the criminal complaint, other documents, and statements made in court:

Komar used a peer-to-peer file-sharing program to obtain and distribute images and videos that including images of prepubescent children being sexually abused, first detected by an undercover law enforcement officer on April 20. Files were downloaded from the IP (Internet Protocol) address, which was associated with the suspect, according to the complaint.

The complaint includes graphic descriptions of 3 files, all of which contained images of naked, prepubescent girls.

Authorities executed a search warrant at Komar's 14 Lorien Place residence while the suspect was at home. Police confiscated a computer thumb drive, an external hard drive, a laptop computer and a desktop computer; a preliminary review of all devices found images and videos of child pornography, according to the complaint.

The suspect admitted to police that he had accumulated a large library of child pornography, according to the complaint, including thousands of images and photos.

Anyone with information regarding possible victims is urged to contact the FBI in Newark at 973-792-3000.

The count with which Komar is charged carries a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison, a maximum potential penalty of 20 years in prison, and a $250,000 fine.

Fitzpatrick credited special agents of the FBI, under the direction of Special Agent in Charge Timothy Gallagher; members of the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office, under the direction of Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson and County Chief of Detectives John W. Fodor; the Hillsborough Township Police Department, under the direction of Chief Darren Powell, and the N.J. Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory, with the investigation leading to the charges.

The government is represented by Assistant U.S. Attorney Leticia Vandehaar of the U.S. Attorney’s Office Criminal Division in Newark.
