ELIZABETH, NJ – Voting by mail has just gotten easier according to the County Clerk’s office. Union County Clerk Joanne Rajoppi demonstrates how to use a Vote-By-Mail ballot correctly in an online video available on YouTube titled “Union County Vote-By-Mail.”

“Vote-By-Mail has become very popular, and so has online video learning,” Rajoppi said. “Combining the two is a good demonstration of the ways in which the office of the County Clerk can continue to adapt to new technology.”
