ROSELLE PARK, NJ - A special announcement came out on Wednesday from Roselle Park Mayor Joseph Signorello lll, stating he is endorsing Mayor Peter Buttigieg for President along with over 50 other Mayors around the nation.
“Here's what Mayor Buttigieg gets that other Democrats don't: Liberal ideals like supporting green energy, equality, and expanded healthcare are all pretty popular, but the deck has been stacked against the left since the '80s. In order for Democrats to enact meaningful generational change, we need a seismic shift in how our government works, and how the system is structured," said Mayor Signorello. "Pete represents what millennials do best, we address the cause instead of continually plugging away at fixing symptoms.”

“In short, while I recognize I'm breaking ranks with NJ Senator Booker (I'm currently the only Mayor from NJ who has come out endorsing Pete), my feeling is we need a dramatic shift in course in the White House. Pete Buttigieg is the only candidate that truly wants to make a shift in how we govern - not just more of the same politics that have failed Democrats in the past,” Signorello added.
