ROSELLE PARK, NJ - December 30, 2017 at 11:16 p.m., Officers Jessica Diaz and William Hannon conducted a motor vehicle stop with a 2008 BMW on W. Westfield near Gordon St. for an equipment violation. 

The driver of the vehicle, Lohan Goncalves-Felix, age 22 from Newark was found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, suspected (THC Oil) and drug paraphernalia.  

Goncalves-Felix was arrested and charged with possession of c.d.s. and drug paraphernalia. He was issued motor vehicle summonses for possession of c.d.s. in a motor vehicle, fictitious license plate displayed, uninsured motorist and unregistered vehicle.

Goncalves-Felix was ultimately released on a summons with a Roselle Park Municipal Court date. 

 

December 31, 2017 at 3:56 p.m., Officer Kyle Snyder conducted a motor 

vehicle stop with a 2004 Jeep on W. Westfield at Locust St. for a moving violation. 

The driver of the vehicle, Schneider Geffrard, age 21 from Hillside was found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, suspected (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia.  

Geffrard was arrested and charged with possession of c.d.s. and drug paraphernalia. He was issued motor vehicle summonses for possession of c.d.s. in a motor vehicle, speeding and careless driving.

Geggrard was ultimately released on a summons with a Roselle Park Municipal Corp date. 

 

January 2, 2018 at 11:17 p.m., Officer William Hannon conducted a motor vehicle stop with a 2009 Honda on Locust St. for an equipment violation. 

The driver of the vehicle, Darien Rodriguez, age 23 from Jersey City was found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, suspected (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia.  

Rodriguez was arrested and charged with possession of c.d.s. and drug paraphernalia. He was issued motor vehicle summonses for possession of c.d.s. in a motor vehicle and view obstruction (tinted windows).

Rodriguez was ultimately released on a summons with a Roselle Park Municipal Court date.

 

January 4, 2018 at 3:55 a.m., Officer Kyle Snyder conducted a motor 

vehicle stop with a 2011 Nissan on W. Westfield Ave. at Columbus Pl. for an equipment violation. 

The driver of the vehicle, Grayson R. Lakief, age 27 from Jersey City was found to be driving while suspended and also found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, suspected (marijuana).  

Lakief was arrested and charged with possession of c.d.s. He was issued motor vehicle summonses for possession of c.d.s. in a motor vehicle, driving while suspended, no insurance, open container and view obstruction. 

Lakief was ultimately released on a summons with a Roselle Park Municipal Court date. 

 

January 5, 2017 at 10:15 p.m., Officer Kyle Snyder conducted a motor vehicle stop with a 2005 BMW on Locust St. for a moving violation. A dealer license plate was affixed to the vehicle. A check of the vehicles VIN number revealed the vehicle to be stolen on March 18th in Mount Vernon, NY. 

The driver of the vehicle, Richard Sosa, age 40 from Hillside was placed under arrest for receiving stolen property. 

Sosa was formally charged with receiving stolen property 3rd degree. He was issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to observe a traffic control device, careless driving, and fictitious tags.

Sosa was ultimately released on a summons with a Union County Superior Court date.
