ROSELLE, NJ - The Roselle Police Dept. hosted its Eighth Graduation Ceremony for the participants in the departments Junior Police Academy on Wednesday evening at Costa’s Restaurant in Roselle Park.

Everyone in the class of 14 students, were either Junior or Senior’s from Abraham Clark H.S. Also noted, this year more girls participate in the program than guys. Each participant was given an award and a trophy by the police department.

In the 14 week program, the students were given an opportunity to see and learn what it takes to be a police officer. From class room instruction to working outside in mock police stop situations. These students had a real genuine experience.
