ROSELLE, NJ - Former Roselle Mayor and New Jersey State Assemblyman Jamel C. Holley was the first guest speaker for the month of July as part of the Roselle Public Library’s Speaker Series on July 7. The Assemblyman as part of his “Thank You Tour” spoke to the community about his life and what he is doing to continue to help work for the people in New Jersey. 

On Tuesday, July 14, Roselle Mayor Christine Dansereau spoke to a gathering about her life and answered many questions from the community on issues of DPW and trash pick up, communications, business development and street lights. 

The next guest speaker will be on Tuesday, July 21 at 6:00pm and will feature Council President Kim Shaw followed by Roselle Author Azuka Azuke on July 28 rounding out the month of July.

The August dates for speakers will be the 4, 11, 18, 25 and September 1. Speakers for those events will be named at a later date.

Join library for their family fun every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Bring the entire family and enjoy a variety of activities including scavenger hunts, board games, charades, puppetry, crafting, creative drama, and more.
