One of the key components of the Roselle Public Schools (RPS) “Return to Learn Plan” is community outreach. The district will be hosting two information sessions this week via Facebook Live to connect with parents and all other stakeholders.
The first session will be tomorrow, August 4 at 9:30 a.m. Schools Superintendent Dr. Nathan Fisher, and other administrators will cover both the grades PreK-8 cohort plan and the grades 9-12 cohort plan. The Special Education Department will also be presenting its plans for the coming school year. Questions for the Tuesday presentation can be sent to ReturnToLearn@roselleschools.org.
On Thursday, August 6 at 10 a.m., the district will be hosting a live town hall on Facebook to answer additional questions from the community. The district’s Facebook page can be found at @RosellePublicSchools.
“We encourage all community stakeholders to attend these important informational sessions,” said Dr. Fisher. “Community input is an important key to the success of education in Roselle. To develop the most comprehensive plan of action for the upcoming school year, we need to take into consideration the needs of all of our families.”
The two sessions will be recorded and can be accessed on the district’s YouTube page.
