ROSELLE PARK, NJ - More than 100 students from Sherman elementary school celebrated the towns 13th Arbor Day on Friday. 

Students sang “Trees are the Kindest things I know,” then joined by Principal Glomb, Mayor Carl Hokanson, Council-At-Large Charlene Storey, Councilman Those Shipley, and Councilman Eugene Meola, everyone received a pine tree seedling to plant. 

The students, also planted a Dogwood tree in front of the school with some taking photos with the tree and promising to come back to see how it has grown.
