(TAP) is pleased to announce that its Roselle/Roselle Park, New Jersey site has been franchised by Roselle resident Kathy Lloyd.

These professional business people are well-known and respected in their own communities, and want to ensure the prosperity of their own towns, while forging an exciting and involved local lifestyle for themselves  and their families.
