The Union County Club of the National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women's Clubs, Inc. will present its Man of the Year award to Jamal C. Holley, NJ general assembly representative for the 20th legislative district. Linda Carter, Union County Freeholder will receive the Community Service award. Other awardees are June M. Archer, Professional Woman of the year, Amrill-Salcedo-Alonzo,Esq., Business Woman of the Year and the club's highest national award, Sojourner Truth will be presented to Linda M. Closs, for her meritorious service to the community. The club is presenting four scholarships and it Muriel Ingram Book award to five area high school seniors.
