UNION, NJ – The Union County St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee hosted their annual ‘Celebrity Bartender’ fundraiser on Sunday at the VFW in Kenilworth.

This year’s Parade General Chairman, Kerry E. Ricci, said, “this is a tremendous success and we’ve raised a record breaking amount of money.  Special thanks to Kathy Noonan and Marc Dowling for co-chairing the event and for all those who volunteered their time to help set up, clean up, and work during the event.  Also, a huge thank you to Peerless Beverage Company for their generous donations.”  Ricci also congratulated Debbie and Gene Sully for being honored by the parade committee for their ongoing dedication to the parade.

Frank McGovern of Cranford has been named this year’s parade grand marshal.  McGovern said, “it’s a nice honor for me and my family.”
