ROSELLE, NJ - The Abraham Clark High School marching band, teachers and students all marched to the new football field on Friday afternoon to hold the schools first pep rally of the new school year.
With the brand new football field ready for this year's first home game, the students were excited and showing their school spirit. During the rally, the students, (and some teachers), participated in the “Battle of the Classes” relay event. The prize? According to Principal Rashon Mickens, it's all about the “Bragging Rights!” After several rounds, it was the senior class who won.
All of the sports teams and cheerleaders had a chance to pose for team pictures. This year the High School’s band is also bigger and better and they were showing their stuff to the crowd.
Highlights of the event can be viewed below.
The Football team will be playing their first game on the new field this Saturday starting at 1 p.m. It's a game that you will not want to miss!
