The event will be one day only on October 9th.

Great Pumpkin Festival in Vernon

One of fall’s favorite pastimes is attending harvest festivals that celebrate the season. The Great Pumpkin Festival held each autumn weekend at Heaven Hill Farm has pumpkins, hayrides, and so much more. Each day there is a full lineup of events including pig races, gem mining, pony rides, hay crawls, monster sling shots, and post pounding.

Most activities are covered under one low admission fee, but carnival rides are separate pricing. For refreshments, guests are invited to try the offerings found in the Farm Store.

Bergen County’s top-rated agricultural event will take place October 8th and 9th at Van Saun County Park. Throughout the day, children and adults will be able to interact with animals and participate in hands-on educational activities.
