ROSELLE PARK, NJ — Roselle Park announced a new annual winter market that will be held the first week of December.
The Roselle Park Arts Festival is accepting applications from all artists; however, the crafts must be handmade/original. The application form is due by November 14 and there is a $125 fee to participate. Crafters will have to commit to attending all three days of the winter market. Tents and lighting will be provided but heating and decorations will not.
The winter market will be held December 4, 5 and 6 in Michael Mauri Park. The market will take place on Friday from 4-8 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 2-8 p.m. On Friday, the borough will have the annual tree lighting ceremony and a visit from Santa Claus.
In addition to the artists, the winter market will also have food, a beer garden and a winter wonderland. There will also be performances by local musicians.
If this event is canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions, all vendors will be automatically accepted to the next winter market and the fee will be waived.
