Celebrating young professionals in Union County on Saturday, April 28, 2018

The Urban League of Union County Young Professionals (ULUCYP) proudly presents our 5th  annual black tie affair, “YP Honors” on Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 7 p.m. to Midnight at Hilton Garden Inn (304 US 22) in Springfield Township, NJ. We will be honoring a group of deserving young professionals affiliated with Union County for the great strides they have made within their community and their careers. As an auxiliary of the Urban League of Union County, Inc., a nonprofit 501©3 organization, ULUCYP’s goal is to promote and support the Urban League’s mission of achieving social and economic parity by empowering communities and changing lives in Union County. Our core initiatives are focused on jobs, education, health, and housing. ULUCYP is a group composed of young professionals’ ages 21-40 who strive to enhance the communities in Union County.

ELIZABETH, NJ - Two Elizabeth residents have been charged with leaving an elderly and sickly dog chained up outside in unsanitary conditions without food or water, says acting Union County Prosecutor Michael A. Monahan.
