ROSELLE, NJ - The Roselle community came out once again this year on Thursday morning to join Principal Rashon Mickens and his staff at Abraham Clark High School to welcome students back for 2019-2020 school year.

In its now 5th-year tradition, Mickens still shows his enthusiasm by dressing in his red high school cap and gown to reach out to shake hands, give high fives, fist bumps, hugs, and cheer on all of his students with words of encouragement, and a smile before heading in the doors to their classrooms.

Roselle Schools Superintendent Dr. Baker, school board members, community leaders, police, parents, and residents, were also on hand to shake hands and cheer the students on as they entered the bldg. to begin the new school year.
