ROSELLE, NJ - The Borough will host its annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service event on Monday, January 15, honoring the civil rights leader and promoting the concept of giving back to the community.
The event will kick off with a breakfast at 8 a.m. at Abraham Clark High School, 122 East 6th Ave., Roselle, and will feature keynote speaker Dianne Mathis as well as a student award ceremony.
From there, attendees will march to Roselle Borough Hall, 210 Chestnut St., for a flag-raising ceremony at 10 a.m. and for other day-of-service activities.
