ROSELLE PARK, NJ - On June 30, 2020 at 4:11 a.m., Roselle Park Police Officer Christopher Cimilluca responded to the 600 block of Faitoute Avenue for a motor vehicle that crashed into two parked vehicles.  Through an investigation, the driver, Victor Pajaro-Jimenez, of Roselle Park, was found to exhibit signs of being under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, according to police.

Sergeant Robert Harms conducted a standardized field sobriety test on Pajaro-Jimenez, police said. Based on Sergeant Harms's observations, Pajaro-Jimenez was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. It was also determined that Pajaro-Jimenez had two passengers in the vehicle, one which was a juvenile, police said.

Pajaro-Jimenez was processed and released on the following motor vehicle charges;

 Failure to maintain lane

 Driving without a license

 Careless driving

 Reckless driving

 Driving while under the influence

He was also charged with the following criminal charge;

Driving under the influence with a minor as a passenger.

Pajaro-Jimenez is pending a future Roselle Park Municipal Court Date.
