ROXBURY, NJ - Still seeking its first victory, the Roxbury High School football team suffered a 35-0 defeat Friday to Mount Olive.

Playing at home, the 0-4 Gaels were outgunned by the undefeated Marauders whose victory included a 44-yard touchdown pass by quarterback Gavin Lockwood to AJ McKay and a 62-yard run by Justin Schmidt.

Roxbury has two more opportunities to escape a winless season. The next change takes place Oct. 30 when the Gaels take on Morristown which also has yet to win a game. Roxbury has defeated Morristown in the teams' last five encounters dating back to 2015.
