ROXBURY, NJ – The Roxbury boys lacrosse team enjoyed a blowout victory Friday over North Warren Regional, the team’s third consecutive high-scoring win.

The Gaels overwhelmed the Patriots right from the start, scoring six unanswered goals in each of the first two periods. North Warren got its only goal in the third frame but Roxbury chalked up two more then and two more in the final period to leave the field with a 16-1 score.

Six of the Gaels’ points came from Eric D’Arminio, who also made two assists. Matt Dancsecs notched four and Paul Shadel scored two, along with three assists. Dave Biank, Ryan Fehsal, Ben Palanchi and Brennan Poskitt also scored goals.

Roxbury will attempt to extend its undefeated status when it plays again Tuesday at home against Chatham.
