Campus life is about to start in a few short weeks.  While you may be thinking books, laptops and meal plans, don’t forget about scheduling the “family moving van” for some timely service.

Whether your college destination is 40 or 400 miles away, an oil change or new tires should be considered before getting on the road this semester.

Many college kids are heading to universities with their own cars. Since that vehicle will probably be MIA until they return this winter, it’s even more important to double-check it now for potential trouble before they encounter a snowy ride home.

At Knight’s Automotive Repair, we want all of our students to be safe behind the wheel of their cars.  Even if it’s just a drive back and forth to the high school.

Consider Membership in a Roadside Assistance Club

In fact, you may want to consider an AAA (American Automobile Association) membership as part of your student’s tenure at school. With AAA, your young driver will get help with a dead battery, flat tires and towing - no matter what state they drive through.  Conveniently located in the Roxbury Mall, AAA provides a host of car assistance services and discounts on laptops and no fee credit cards to event tickets and more.

Get An Oil Change Before You Head Back to School

Back-to-School time is the perfect time to schedule an oil change at Knight’s Automotive Repair and take advantage of our 57-point vehicle condition inspection.

This includes a thorough look-over of the vehicle – from fluids to brakes. We even check the tail lights. Be sure your co-ed has everything in A+ condition. This way the only worry you will have at the end of the month is how much to pack and still see out the back window!
