ROXBURY, NJ - After a month on the lam, a Roxbury cat is back home.

Kaui, a female brown and black tabby with a tan belly, went missing more than a month ago. She was found Sunday said her overjoyed owner, Allyson Wood.

"We just got her!," Wood said. "Thanks to everyone spreading the word, and a great community, a neighbor spotted in their back yard, behind their shed. Today marks 40 days."

Kaui is "skinny, but happy to be home and we are over the moon," Wood said. Thanks for all your help!"

The cat, which lives in Succasunna, is a polydactyl: A cat that has more than the usual number of toes.
