MORRISTOWN, NJ - The 2021 Morris County St. Patrick's Day parade has been postponed.
In a Facebook post, St. Patrick's Day Parade of Morris County Publicity Coordinator Michael Leavy announced that, after consulting with local officials, the committee has decided to postpone the parade in Morristown.
"Our hope is to conduct the parade at a later date when existing gathering restrictions are lifted", said the parade trustees in a statement. "We will advise of any updates as they come in".
The Morris County parade will join Nutley, Belmar and West Orange in canceling or postponing the 2021 parades.
