LAKE HOPATCONG, NJ (March 7, 2017) — The Lake Hopatcong Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit is hosting their first LHF Night Out of 2017 on March 31 at Glassers Seafood & Steakhouse located in the scenic Henderson cove on Lake Hopatcong at the historic Northwood Inn building (300 Lakeside Avenue, Lake Hopatcong, NJ). The evening is a celebration to enjoy delicious food with 10% of the evening’s food and beverage proceeds from 5pm to 10pm being donated back to the Lake Hopatcong Foundation. Contact Glassers Seafood & Steakhouse for reservations (973) 810-3350.

“This is a restaurant with quite a history on the lake. William Glasser established a general store, pavilion and ice house in 1921 and the pavilion was frequently used for dances and other community activities,” Development Director Jennifer DeWitt said. “It’s apropos that the Lake Hopatcong Foundation would hold a community dinner there today. With a dining room upstairs and a sports bar grill and skee ball downstairs, there’s something for everyone to enjoy that night.”

The Lake Hopatcong Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission of “improving Lake Hopatcong for all, now and in the years to come.”

Seize The Moment Now - Change Your Oil - Or Seize Your Engine Later

I’m concerned.  After 30 years of repairing and maintaining cars, I’m seeing a disturbing trend: Too many people are waiting too long to change their oil.

Roxbury Diner: Homespun Hospitality Through Thick and Thin

ROXBURY, NJ – Roxbury was being buried in snow March 14 and most businesses were closed. Not Roxbury Diner.

Roxbury Diner isn’t like most businesses. For co-owner Jimmy Dontas, a snowstorm – even a blizzard – isn’t a reason to suspend operations. Instead, it’s a call to action.

To many in town, Roxbury Diner – a TAPinto Roxbury sponsor – is ...
