Roxbury Baseball Enjoys a Win Against Mendham on Senior Day

ROXBURY, NJ - The Roxbury High School baseball team enjoyed Senior Day on May 12 by beating Mendham in a high-score game.

It was a 10-7 victory on for the Gaels, a win bolstered by a 6-run second inning.  By the fourth inning, Roxbury was leading 10-2.

Andy Axelson went three for four with two runs. Will Findlay had two hits with 2 RBIs and Ryan Ditrolio had two runs as he hit two for two.

Pitcher Thomas Darling got the save as reliever. Joined by family members after the game, the team celebrated both the win and it's seniors.

The team next plays Monday against Parsipany.
