ROXBURY, NJ - The Roxbury High School field hockey team is gearing up to take on fourth-seeded Jefferson High School next week in Morris County Tournament play.
The 13th-seeded Gaels are hoping their success against Parsippany this week, in the preliminary round of the tournament, will carry through in their Oct. 3 battle with Jefferson. Roxbury shut-out Parsippany Hills 3-0 in the Sept. 27 battle.

The third "insurance" goal, came off the stick of Hannah Legotte. It was Legotte's first goal as a varsity player.
Kaitlyn O'Shea made four saves in goal.
The win brought the team's record to 4-3. The game against Jefferson is scheduled for 4 p.m. at Jefferson High School
