POMPTON PLAINS, NJ – An offensive battle on Friday ended with a win for the Roxbury High School girls lacrosse team as it beat Pequannock 12-7.

Emily Koepfler scored half of those points. Her effort was aided by Emma Karnitsky, who scored two goals, Mia Sadowski, who scored two and made two assists, Grace Monaghan, who scored one goal and Kendall Torpin, who also had a goal.

The team, now 6-2, next plays Tuesday against Pope John XXIII at home.
