ROXBURY, NJ – With a solitary goal by Ashleigh Serafin, the Roxbury High School girls soccer team on Monday defeated rival Randolph 1-0.
Serafin’s goal came in the second half off an assist by Karly Forker. Sarafin leads the team with 12 goals and Forker leads the team with 12 assists.
Gaels goaltender Sarah Olivero made five saves against the Rams, who are now 7-7-3.
The win brought Roxbury’s record to 12-2-0 with a NJAC – National Conference – division record of 6-1.
On Friday, Roxbury plays its final conference game at Parsippany Hills at Jannarone Park at 4 p.m.
