ROXBURY, NJ - The Roxbury High School girls swim team evened-up its record Wednesday with a victory over The Academy of St. Elizabeth. The 100-70 win over the Panthers brought the Gaels to 2-2 on the season.
Roxbury swimmers Isabella DiPasquale, Chloe Amadori, Camila Gil and Anna Anikiej combined their talents to win the event's 200-meter medley relay with a time of 2:08.45.
DiPasquale was joined by Caitlyn Kramaritsch, Katarina Guerra and Sydney Lanager to give Roxbury the victory in the 200-meter freestyle relay with a time of 2:06.82
DiPasquale's time of 2:22:60 gave her a win in the 200-meter individual medley. She also won the 100-meter backstroke with her time of 1:07.78.
Anikiej won the 50-meter freestyle with a time of 26.570.
Gil took the 100-meter fly with a time of 1:09:44 and the 100-meter breaststroke with a wim of 1:19.81.
In past meets this year, the Gaels beat Mount Olive 90-80 on Feb. 16, lost 107-63 to Pequannock on Feb. 24 and lost 124-46 to Mountain Lakes on Feb. 24.
The next meet takes place March 10 at 6:30 p.m. against Morris Knolls
