DENVILLE, N.J. - A UPS Inc. driver from Byram hid in a ladies' room stall of a Denville business and took pictures of a woman using the adjacent stall, said police.
The man, John Mears IV, 37, was charged with invasion of privacy after police investigated the matter on Nov. 17, they said.
During his lunch break, Mears removed his UPS uniform, put on different clothes and entered the business, police said. They said he went into the restroom and locked the stall.
"As a female used the stall next to him, Mears took several illicit photographs of the female," said a police report. "Mears later returned to the business complex in uniform to pick up outgoing packages. At that time, Mears was apprehended and placed under arrest.
Police said Mears was released after being charged.
