Managerial position overseeing the daily activities of numerous teams. Acts as the primary client liaison, as well as the intermediary between the supervisors and FGM senior management.

Expected to routinely propose and sell enhancement work. Responsible for scheduling, ensuring accuracy of paperwork and payroll. Works closely with division management. Accountable for quality and detail of site and client satisfaction.   


  • Oversee division supervisors to ensure successful organization and implementation of landscape services within contractual/proposed scope
  • Serve as the primary customer contact and maintain consistent communication with all clients and conduct on-site evaluations with client, as needed
  • Display a responsiveness to client communication (phone calls, texts, emails) within 24 hours
  • Price, propose and sell extra work that enhances the appearance of the property
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and enhancement services for the sites, using our custom software
  • Request, source and purchase all necessary materials for projects
  • Collect and organize all division receipts for submission to Accounts Payable department
  • Monitor the payroll for your respective supervisors and their teams
  • Create site budgets and ensure that supervisors meet them
  • Utilize personnel efficiently meet customer needs in a timely manner
  • Enforce safety procedures
  • Have a working knowledge of equipment maintenance
  • Schedule all equipment repairs and follow-up as needed with the mechanics to ensure timely completion
  • Display flexibility and adaptability to new tasks and responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility/accountability for quality and detail of site appearance
  • Have a thorough knowledge of irrigation system function and coordinate any necessary repairs
  • Perform snow removal duties
  • 5 years of experience in the landscape industry
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Current NJ pesticide applicator license
  • Technological savvy
  • Ability to pass random drug tests
  • Conversant in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to both read and write in English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in horticulture or your area of discipline
  • Must be familiar with all aspects of landscape maintenance (i.e. mowing, blowing and trimming of lawns, pulling weeds, edging, edging, clean-ups, mulching, pruning, bed maintenance etc.)
