ROXBURY, NJ - Roxbury Animal Control Officer Sue Blanchard is asking residents to be on the lookout for "Chief," a dog that's been missing since Thursday.The 11-year-old dog, which lives at 396 Dewey Ave. in the Lower  Berkshire Valley Section of Roxbury, went missing around 9:30 p.m., Blanchard said.
