ROXBURY, NJ - Six students from Roxbury High School were recently accepted into the New Jersey All-State Band.
The students were chosen after auditioning Jan. 20 for the New Jersey Music Educators Association. Students from every county in the state competed to earn seats in one of two honor bands. To be eligible for auditioning, the students needed to first earn places in their region bands.

The students who made the Wind Ensemble are seniors Kristin Andlauer (2nd overall French Horn) and Kathleen Walsh (2nd overall Euphonium).
The students who made the Symphonic Band are Kaitlyn Winters (French Horn, Grade 11), Meghan Spino (1st Chair Tuba, Grade 12), Mathew Ehrenberg (Trombone, Grade 11), and Jonah Nack (2nd overall Timpani, Grade 12).
