ROXBURY, NJ – Kenvil Deli and Market has new owners: A brother and sister who might be familiar faces to many Roxbury residents.

Siblings Carol Mulhearn and Carmine Todaro, who opened the deli March 16, ran the former Chappy’s Pizza in Kenvil from 1988 to 2008.

ROXBURY, NJ - (Update: This dog and its owner have been reunited) A small female dog was found this morning in Succasunna and Roxbury Animal Control Officer Sue Blanchard is looking for its owner.

The gray and white female, with no collar or chip, was found by a newspaper delivery person on Unneberg Avenue, Blanchard said.
