ROXBURY, NJ – A Roxbury man was sentenced Wednesday to a year and one day in prison for conspiring to use threats of violence to extort money, according to U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito.
The man, Joseph Martinelli, 65, of Kenvil, had pleaded guilty in March to the charges. He was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Madeline Cox Arleo.
