ROXBURY, NJ — (Editor's Note: "Kitty" has been found and is back home)

Roxbury residents are being asked to be on the lookout for a black-and-white cat that is missing.

The small cat, named Kitty, went missing from its home on North 1st Avenue in Kenvil. It has no collar, according to its owner, Patricia Prezuhy Hudspith.

“He is very friendly and social, but I’m thinking he is probably scared and might run,” said Hudspith in a Facebook plea for help.

Those who see the cat, or a cat that might be Kitty, are asked to message Hudspith on Facebook.
