ROXBURY, NJ – The Roxbury High School boys basketball team advanced its record to 2-0 Thursday as it defeated Whippany Park 57-47 at home.

Kyle Haegele dominated the offensive side of the game, tallying 18 total points. Not far behind him was Trevor Napoliello who added 14 to the score.

On the other side of the court, Roxbury's defense played an important role as it managed to capture the win after playing four quarters with close competition. Captain Brian Nichols remained calm on the defensive end, while receiving help from the rest of the Gaels, including players like Justin Bosland and Max Schabel.
