ROXBURY, NJ - It took a lot of work and a goal in overtime, but the Roxbury High School boys lacrosse team enjoyed its first win of the season season on Monday.

Playing at home, the Gaels defeated Lenape Valley by a score of 10 to 9. The game-winning point was scored in overtime by Utah Siscko, who contributed five other points to Roxbury's effort.

Other goals came from Gavin Fehsal, Aaron Heyman and Eddie Larosa, who scored two.

Goaltender Jacob Martinelli made nine saves in the victory.

The Gaels, now 1-2, next play Pope John XXIII on Thursday.
