ROXBURY, NJ - Roxbury High School senior Camryn Lang has committed to play softball for Lock Haven University in the fall.

Lang will be studying in the Pre-Physician Assistant Program while playing for the Division II school in Lock Haven, PA.

She was the starting catcher for the Gaels, but she and her teammates were not able to play the spring softball season since the schools are closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lang said she will most miss the time spent together with her Roxbury teammates. “There are a few girls on the team that I have played with since we were in recreation softball together in Kindergarten”, Lang said.

Although her high school career did not end the way she envisioned, Lang said she is looking forward to starting her college softball career in the fall.
