SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ -- Union Catholic's Dylan Donohue, Jaden McReynolds, and Patrick Hartnett were honored for their outstanding seasons by being chosen to the All-Union County Conference Baseball Team, which was selected by the coaches.
Donohue and McReynolds were selected to the First-Team in the Mountain Division, and Hartnett was chosen as Honorable Mention.
Donohue, headed to Drew University, had a great season at the plate and on the mound.

On the mound, Donohue finished with an ERA of 1.98, struck out 44 batters in 35.1 innings, and picked up two victories. Offensively, Donohue had a batting average of .351, drove in 12 runs, and scored 10 times.
McReynolds, an outfielder, finished the season with a. 418 batting average, drove in 18 runs, scored 11 runs, had seven doubles, one triple, and one home run, and he stole eight bases.
Hartnett, who played shortstop for the Vikings, scored 12 runs, knocked in 11 runs, stole seven bases, and had a batting average of .269.
