Be Craftful Will Host Event to Help Moms REPLENISH

Lisa Grace Byrne, author, mother, and founder of, will discuss ways the moms can cope with the stress and demands in motherhood at a book signing event hosted by Be Craftful (250 South Ave., Fanwood) on Thurs, May 1 from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.

Byrne will discuss her latest work, Replenish: Experience Radiant Calm and True Vitality in Your Everyday Life, an insightful guide for mothers to help cope with stress and transform their lives.  The book covers Seven Core Essentials that moms need for their own well-being, including controlled thoughts, healthy nourishment, and true connections.  It also examines ways to find calm, clarity, and vitality to meet the demands of an everyday life filled with stress.
