HILLSIDE, NJ -- Tommy Drubulis pumped in 19 points and Teddy Willmott scored 12, including a trio of three-point shots, as Scotch Plains-Fanwood improved its record to a perfect 13-0 with Saturday's 54-41 win over Hillside on Jan. 19.

"Tommy is playing with confidence and being more aggressive on the offensive end. He always had this in him; he's just stepping up and doing whatever it takes for our team to come out with a win each game," said second year coach Steve Siracusa.

Dwight Laylor also came up big for the Raiders by adding 13 points and pulling down 17 rebounds.

"Dwight was a big factor in our win against Hillside, as he brings a ridiculous amount of effort and energy to each possession and goes hard after every rebound which must be tough for any opponent to match," Siracusa added.

The 13-game undefeated streak has set a school record. Last year, the Raiders were just 3-21.

"To be honest, I did expect us to have a successful season," Siracusa said of the team's performance thus far. "However, it is far from over, and we still have a lot to prove. We worked extremely hard all off season, came together as a team and never doubted ourselves, when many others might have."

Tyrese Cherry led Hillside with 15 points, while Ta'kier Hill added 11.

Good ideas and worthwhile projects are suggested regularly. The question is, do they ...

March 20, 2018

Couples oftentimes look to change the “other”.  “If only” the other would make these changes, or do as I say, our relationship would be great. We tend to focus on the other. We tend to focus on changing the other. We tend to focus on the other’s negative behavior.

Couples like to report what their spouse/partner is doing and how they are ...
